• Design and testing of components and parts for the development of radiation-resistant autonomous systems in high-temperature environments

  The suitability of components and parts for the development of radiation-resistant autonomous systems, which are used in particular for long periods of time in radiation-exposed environments, depends heavily on the dimensions and manufacturing process of the components and parts. Simulations can help to better understand the physical relationships involved. The planned project involves the design and testing of semiconductor components under harsh environmental conditions such as radiation and temperature.
