Content
The course teaches basic knowledge of alphanumeric symbol and number coding, switching algebra as the basis for the mathematical description of digital systems, and the technical implementation of basic functions and functional units in digital technology. The aim of the lecture is to enable students to analyse simple combinational and sequential circuits and to synthesise combinational circuits from a given task.
- Introduction to digital systems
- Binary systems and signals
- Codes and number representations
- Combinational logic
- Digital technology components
- Sequential circuits
- Digital technology functional units
