Course: Design of Integrated Digital Circuits

The course deals with the design of digital circuits in CMOS technology. Alternative circuit techniques for the realisation of basic circuits are presented and the manufacturing and design process is explained. Different implementation forms of integrated circuits are discussed and current aspects of highly integrated circuits in modern semiconductor technologies are presented. The analysis of the temporal behaviour is carried out using runtime models.
