Lecture: Semiconductor circuit technique

The lecture deals with the analysis of linear circuits using the equivalent circuit diagrams known for active semiconductor components such as diodes, bipolar and field effect transistors. The structure and mode of operation of the most varied of linear circuits are shown as examples, with the technical circuit concepts of amplifiers and sources being explained. The analysis of circuits includes both the investigation of operating points and small signal behavior, as well as the investigation of the frequency behavior. Based on the analysis methods, design concepts for linear electronic circuits are discussed.

The lecture will be held in German.
