Topics

Successful participation in this module gives students the following skills: They can apply mixed-signal (mixed analog-digital) circuit techniques and understand the function of complex circuits. You will be able to independently design and optimize more complex circuits. In addition, they have practical experience in applying the theoretical knowledge imparted and are able to develop problem solutions. You are able to independently document your approach.

Previous knowledge
necessary: basics of electrical engineering, electronic components and circuits;
recommended: small signal analysis

Lecture
Introduction, operational amplifiers, signal generators / oscillators, switched capacitor circuits, filters, noise, AD converters, DA converters; Exercises are offered to accompany the lecture;

Practicing lab
Five experiments with LTspice, operational amplifier, relaxation oscillator, SwitchedCapacitor circuits, noise, digital-to-analog converter
